Derwent Estate has five generations of winemaking behind it, with rows of vines rolling down to the cool waters of the Derwent River. Their wines are shaped by soils that recall Champagne and Burgundy, but remain unmistakably Tasmanian. On pour this summer: an elegant and crisp vintage sparkling made in the traditional French style, a juicy rosé, a range of sumptuous whites, and their classic Pinot noir.
