Yummy Dumplings

Chinese dumplings, folded by hand by Hellen, who learned the art from her father, a chef in her hometown of Jiangxi. After working in kitchens around the world, she settled in Clarence and has been sharing her dumpling-making skills with the local community since 2022. For us, she’ll be folding and pan-frying them fresh, alongside beef bing, a Chinese take on the humble meat pie.
