The Meatball Guy by Braised

A family-run farm and kitchen based in the Derwent Valley, Braised raises its own produce and works with neighbouring family farms to source the rest. At Taste, that bounty gets rolled into three very different meatballs. Lamb and ricotta in vodka tomato sauce with nitro Ashgrove cheese; Swedish beef and pork in redcurrant cream with crisp pommes paille; and venison, lamb and juniper under a Pinot noir glaze. Every meatball is gluten-free and comes with charred gluten-free focaccia.
