This summer, it’s all about the tart. Kingston's buzzing, retro cafe reimagines three nostalgic Aussie favourites with Tasmanian ingredients: Iced Vovo (GF, vegan) with raspberries from Wolfe’s Berry Farm; Golden Gaytime in a cheesecake tart (GF) with wattleseed, leatherwood honey and Ashgrove dairy; and the Cherry Ripe (GF, vegan) with Kentish cherries. Decadent, playful, and too good to share.
