Tantuni

From the streets of Mersin in southern Türkiye comes tantuni, a dish of thinly sliced beef or lamb sizzling on a hot metal griddle, served in flatbread with onion and tomato salad and garlic yoghurt. There’s spinach gözleme with cheese, too, followed by a sweet finish of cheese kunafa.
