The dabeli takes the cake: it’s a spiced potato patty sandwiched in a soft bun, layered with tamarind and mint chutney and dipped in golden crunchy sev, a fried noodle made from chickpea flour. Also on the menu: Tasmanian curried scallops, made with coconut cream, spices and butter.
