Yummy Dumplings

Chinese dumplings, folded by hand by Hellen. Born in Jiangxi, Hellen learned the art of dumpling-making from her father, a skilled chef. Trained in hospitality in Switzerland and seasoned in international kitchens, she now calls Clarence home, bringing her craft to the streets of Hobart.

At Taste of Summer, Hellen cooks each dumpling on-site: tender pork with spring onion or Chinese cabbage, and a vegan option with zucchini and tofu.
