Punch & Ladle

Punch & Ladle is what happens when a Hobart bar crew decides to bottle the best of a Tasmanian summer. They make wine-based aperitifs, vermouths and spritzes in small batches, from local fruit picked at its best. Their menu takes summer fruit in unexpected directions: strawberry highballs, a rhubarb and wasabi sour, a plum ice with lemon verbena, and a peach float with lemon sorbet.
