Bruny Island Beer & BBQ

Using their enormous steam engine smoker, Bruny Island Cheese & Beer Co. serve up rare breed beef from their own farm and Dalness Farm near Evandale, home of English Longhorn cattle. Twenty-hour smoked brisket burgers, ribs and their iconic mac 'n' cheese, served straight-up or topped with brisket. All alongside beers using 100% Tasmanian-grown hops, Bruny Island honey and water, experimenting with non-traditional beer ingredients like quinoa, spelt, and native plants, guided creatively by what grows here on the island.
