At the Taste, he's treating us with three signature icy drinks: a salted Vietnamese iced latte, crowned with a velvety sweet-salty cream and a dusting of chocolate, an iced matcha, and a green coffee smoothie, an unconventially addictive of pairing fresh fruit and espresso, embodying summer in a sip.
Each drink is a collaboration with Tasmanian producers, with milk from Hobart Milk Factory, coffee beans from local roasters, and fruit at the peak of season.
