A Mexican feast of tacos and corn chips

Hobart’s favourite taco-slinging food truck brings us a bold, flavour-driven take on Californian-Mexican cuisine: goat birria tacos with a rich dipping broth, tacos al pastor topped with roasted apple and jalapeño salsa, and zesty fish tacos with chipotle crema and coriander. Rounding things out are house-made corn chips with fiery local habanero salsa and grilled corn esquites — all entirely gluten-free.

Committed to working with Tasmanian producers, Taco Taco will feature Scottsdale pork, responsibly sourced fish from Ashmores and Kyeema, Valley Fresh herbs and vegetables, and Huonville-grown habaneros, currently fermenting into something special.
