Luti Ozkilinc brings a plant-based twist to a Taste of Summer favourite, building on the family legacy of Pasha’s Turkish Cuisine. Everything is vegan, gluten-free, and made with care — local breads from Baked, fresh greens from Huon Valley farms, and dips like the Soyoyoy Unfeta’d. Old recipes, reimagined with a focus on seasonal, organic, low-waste ingredients — a familiar flavour, but entirely new.
