Diemen Grill raise their own black face Suffolk lambs and saddleback pigs on a small Tasmanian homestead, where everything from the pastures to the orchards is organically cared for.

At Taste of Summer, they’re serving a flame-grilled lamb wrap — tender, smoky meat wrapped up with seasonal produce and a hit of orchard-fresh flavour.
